`apt update` Fails every time

Hit -key (Win-logo) and start typing Software & Updates,
very soon a pinkish icon will appear, click on it.
- In the window that appears, click
Ubuntu softwareat the top edge. - Click the drop down list to the right of
Download from:and selectOther, - then find your country and
- select a reputable site from the options that appear when you expand that option
(e.g. Swedish universities appear for Sweden).
When done, retry your updates.
